A short history of
Deeper Life Bible Church.
Deeper Life Bible Church began as a Bible study fellowship in Lagos, Nigeria, led by Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi, a mathematics lecturer and devoted Christian.
The fellowship started in 1973 with a small group of believers who gathered to study the Bible and pursue a deeper relationship with God.
As the fellowship grew, it developed into a church with a strong emphasis on holiness, biblical truth, prayer, evangelism, and Christian living.
The ministry became known for its commitment to teaching the Word of God and encouraging believers to live according to biblical principles.
Over the years, Deeper Life Bible Church expanded beyond Nigeria and established congregations in many countries around the world. Today, it remains a major Christian ministry with a strong focus on soul winning, discipleship, holiness, and the preaching of the full Gospel of Jesus Christ.
